The grounds for absolute divorce are set forth in Maryland Code Annotated, Family Law Article 7-103(1). The grounds for divorce include, but are not limited to the following:
- Six-Month Separation
- Irreconcilable Differences
- Mutual Consent with a Marital Settlement Agreement.
